Distance Selling Contract / General Terms and Conditions

§1 Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers through our online shop. A consumer within the meaning of these terms is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside of their commercial or self-employed professional activities.

§3 Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.

By clicking the „Buy Now" button, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in the shopping cart.

The contract is concluded only upon our explicit order confirmation or by the dispatch of the goods.

§4 Prices and Payment Terms

All prices stated include statutory VAT.

The following payment methods are accepted:

• Sofortüberweisung (instant bank transfer)
• Bank transfer
• Klarna

Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

§5 Delivery and Shipping

Delivery is made to the delivery address specified by the customer. Delivery times are indicated in the respective product offer. If a product is unavailable, the customer will be informed without delay.

§6 Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

§7 Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal.

Withdrawal Notice: You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you took possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear declaration of your decision.

§8 Return Shipping Costs

The costs of return shipping shall be borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

§9 Warranty

The statutory warranty rights under German law apply.

§10 Liability

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, we are only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations.

§11 Data Protection

The processing of personal data is carried out in compliance with the applicable data protection regulations and our Privacy Policy.

§12 Online Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.

§13 Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Should any individual provisions of this contract be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
